The handover pack puts itself together

Certificates, test readings, serial numbers and signatures are recorded on the job as the work happens. The customer's handover pack is compiled from them, in your company's name, and your assessor gets the whole job as one download.

Nothing is typed twice, so the serial numbers on the certificate are the ones your installer recorded on the roof.

Gates that hold
A job can't move on without its documents, a signed contract or an approved G99. Firms still working towards certification can relax a gate to a warning, and every override is recorded.
Consumer-code payment limits
Deposits are limited to 25% of the contract price and advance payments to 60%. Every payment schedule is checked against those limits before the quote goes out.
AI that reads the paperwork
Supplier quotes, invoices, energy bills and inverter datasheets are read for you and turned into costs, tariffs and equipment specs.
Works without signal
The field app saves forms, signatures, serial numbers and photos on the phone and uploads them when it reconnects.
A quality system built for MCS
Controlled documents, registers for complaints, warranties and calibration, self-audit and management review, and a readiness check for the redeveloped scheme.
Audit trail
Every submission, signature and stage change is recorded and can't be edited. The whole job exports as one audit pack.
Subcontractors included
Subcontract crews get their own field app logins and only see the jobs they're booked on. Qualifications are recorded against everyone you send up a roof.
DNO deadlines watched
G98 and G99 notifications are tracked on each job, and dates such as the DNO information return are chased before they're missed.
Your brand on every document
Proposals, handover packs and letters carry your logo, colours and letterhead, and every document type can use your own names.
UK hosting
Data is held on AWS in London, uploads are scanned for malware and records are kept for six years. You can export everything at any time.

We'll set your company up with you and bring your current jobs across. Every two weeks we'll have a half-hour call about what you need next.

Before the pilot ends we'll agree a price with you, and pilot companies keep that price. If you decide not to stay, you can export your data and leave.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot. Before it ends we agree a price with each pilot company, and that price stays the same for you afterwards.

We run everything on spreadsheets. How do we move over?

We do it with you. Jouleo imports jobs, customers and documents from a workbook, and we check the result together before you rely on it.

Do we still need a separate design tool?

Not necessarily. Jouleo designs on Google's photorealistic 3D tiles with LiDAR shading, works out yield with the MCS method, checks your strings and draws the single-line diagram. If you'd rather keep your current design tool, upload its output to the job instead.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Export your jobs, documents and audit trail first. When you close your account we delete your data, apart from records we're legally required to keep.
